The MSB CareerDays are the annual career event at the Münster School of Business, connecting students directly with companies, alumni and industry professionals across three days of workshops, panel discussions and interactive talks. The highlight is the Business Day, a company fair bringing together up to 45 exhibitors and hundreds of ambitious students looking for internships, working student positions and graduate opportunities.
Every year, the Münster School of Business hosts one of its most anticipated events of the academic calendar. The MSB CareerDays, which celebrated their premiere in 2022, were created with one clear purpose: to make the transition from student life into the professional world as smooth and well-connected as possible.
Three Days, Countless Opportunities
Across three days, students can attend workshops, panel discussions, alumni talks and interactive sessions with companies and professionals from a wide range of industries. The programme is deliberately varied, but the common thread running through all of it is people. Every session is an opportunity to meet someone who could shape the next step in your career, whether that is a recruiter, an alumni or a fellow student with the same ambitions.
The Business Day
The highlight of the CareerDays is the Business Day, a company fair that brings together up to 45 exhibitors under one roof. Companies come to meet students face to face, share their culture and open up opportunities for internships, working student positions, final theses and graduate roles. For students, it is one of the rare chances to have genuine conversations with recruiters and decision-makers outside of a formal application process. First impressions are made, contacts are exchanged and careers often begin right here.
